Shipping policy

Please allow up to 10-14 business days when using FREIGHT (12' width flooring). 

Allow 7-10 business days for Ground. (8' width flooring).

We are not associated with shipping companies and we are at the mercy of their schedules, weather and unforeseen instances. Please order ahead of time to allow for delivery delays.

We only ship to the lower 48 states.

Canadians often ship to border states via companies that offer a drop off service and drive over to accept. Please do an online search for companies that offer border service. 

Hawaii often uses freight forwarding services located in Los Angeles. 
Other countries also have utilized freight forwarding services.

We do not guarantee exact shipping dates. The allotment time described is an estimate only. We stock our flooring year-round, and are a small business. We are a 4-man team and process as fast as possible. We cut immediately, but in-house time can vary from 1-4 business days. 

You may receive the flooring before your tracking. Please be patient.
